OUR COVID-19 POLICY
Our Facility/Employees
During this COVID-19 pandemic we have taken extra precautions and steps to thoroughly clean our facility throughout the day.
All employees are wearing personal protective equipment such as face masks and other protective coverings.
Our lobby and treatment area is spaced apart to ensure distancing measures, and our front desk in the lobby has glass dividers between our employees and the patients. Patients will also be handling their own form of payment swiping/charging and are encouraged not to use cash for payment.
Patient Policy
We are requiring patients to wear protective face covering such as a face mask due to local ordinances.
Anyone with symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, or flu like symptoms should seek testing for COVID-19 before coming to our facility.
